Introduction
This Fair Play Policy outlines the rules and regulations for all participants in our hyper-casual gaming tournament. The goal of this policy is to ensure a fair and competitive environment for all players. Any violation of this policy may result in penalties, including disqualification from the tournament.
Definitions
- Player: Any individual who participates in the tournament.
- Bot: An automated program or script designed to simulate human gameplay.
- Hacking: Unauthorized access or modification of the game’s code or data.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any action taken to gain an unfair advantage over other players, including but not limited to cheating, collusion, and account sharing.
Prohibited Activities
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Using bots or automation: Players must play the game manually without the assistance of any automated program or script.
- Hacking the game: Players must not attempt to modify the game’s code or data in any way.
- Exploiting game glitches or bugs: Players must not intentionally take advantage of errors in the game to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collusion: Players must not cooperate with other players to manipulate the outcome of the tournament.
- Account sharing: Players may only use their own account to participate in the tournament.
- Multiple accounts: Players may not create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Any other activity deemed to be unfair or unethical: Players must adhere to the spirit of fair play at all times.
Monitoring and Enforcement
We employ advanced technology to detect and prevent cheating. We reserve the right to review player data and gameplay to identify potential violations of this policy.
If a player is found to have violated this policy, we may take the following actions:
- Disqualification: Disqualification from the tournament and ranking removed from the leaderboard
- Account Suspension or Termination: Accounts may be suspended or terminated and player access banned.
- Prize Forfeiture: Players who violate this policy may forfeit any prizes won.
Reporting Violations
Players who suspect that another player is violating this policy should report it to us immediately via email at support@goama.com. All reports will be investigated promptly.
Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Fair Play Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our official website or in-game.
By participating in the tournament, players agree to abide by this Fair Play Policy.
