1. The website

goama.com provides information about Goama’s business services. Content is for general information, may change without notice, and is not an offer. Business services are provided only under a signed agreement with Goama, including our Master Service Agreement where it applies.

2. Playing through a partner app

• You reach Goama games through a partner’s app, and the partner’s own terms also apply. Your account, entry methods, payments and prize credits run through the partner.
• Tournaments are skill-based: results depend on how well you play, not on chance. Entry rules, eligibility, prizes and campaign dates are set out in each tournament or campaign.
• You must meet the age and location requirements set by the partner and local law. Where a tournament or prize is not permitted, it is void.
• Play fairly. Cheating, bots, multiple accounts, exploiting bugs or tampering with scores are not allowed. Our Fair Play Policy applies, and we may disqualify players, remove scores or withhold prizes where we find abuse.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable except as the campaign rules state.

3. Intellectual property

Goama’s games, platform, site content and brand belong to Goama or its licensors. Partner and client names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify who we work with. You may not copy, modify or resell any part of the service.

4. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Goama is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to a player is limited to the value of any prize in dispute. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Changes and suspension

We may change these terms, or change or suspend any game or feature, and will post the updated terms here.

6. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go to the courts of Singapore, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
